走出金融危机阴霾的全球航运业正在重现量价齐升、运力交投的活跃与繁荣。伴随着逐步展开的复苏进程以及良好的前景预期，中外船东纷纷投巨资、下订单，而船厂、船级社则在这一轮新船订造热中再度集结。今年上半年，总部位于新加坡的艾氏船级社（ISCdass）在布局中国大陆四大网点的基础上，将原有上海办事处升格为公司，获得了法人经营资质。

In the first half of this year, the ISCclass headquarterd at Singapore promoted the original Shanghai office for the company and obtained the legal person qualification under the base of the four networks in the China's Mainland. The ISCclass was established in 2004. A 'recruit' in world classification society, but depending on the profession environment superiority of Singapore one of the whole world shipping centers and the shipbuilding strategic place, relying on the rich experience, the excellent technology and the professional zealous team,only in several years,the ISCclass has grown up and become a specialized classification society with strong market competitiveness.
