摘要
颈动脉硬化性狭窄大多数是由于颈动脉的粥样斑块导致的颈动脉管腔的狭窄,其发病率较高。颈动脉粥样硬化不仅是全身动脉硬化的标志,而且是缺血性卒中最重要的病因及危险因素之一。本文就颈动脉狭窄的流行状况及其导致缺血性卒中的危险性作一综述。
Most of the carotid artery stenosis are caused by carotid atherosclerotic plaque with high prevalence, Carotid atherosclerosis is not only the systemic atherosclerosis, but also the most important cause and risk factor of ischemic stroke. This article reviews the prevalence of carotid artery stenosis and the risk of ischemic stroke caused by it.
