摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体协同刺激因子-1α(PGC-1α)是一种介导细胞能量代谢过程的核受体辅助激活因子。在肝脏,PGC-1α基因转录水平、转录后修饰及PGC-1α与相关转录因子的结合能力,可以影响肝脏糖脂代谢关键酶的表达,并和肝脏胰岛素抵抗有密切关系。近年的研究认为,机体各组织PGC-1α的表达差异对胰岛素抵抗可以产生不同的影响,协调各组织的PGC-1α表达可以改善胰岛素抵抗。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator-1α(PGC-1α) is a nuclear receptor-coactivator which can mediate cell energy metabolism. In liver, the transcription level of PGC-1α, post-transcriptional modifications, and the binding ability with transcription factors can affect the expression of key enzymes in glucose and lipid metabolism. It has close relationship with hepatic insulin resistance. In recent years, it was thought that different expression levels of PGC-1α in different tissues have different effects in insulin resistance. The modest expression of PGC-1α in different tissues may improve insulin resistance.
