摘要
目的探讨双黄连注射剂所致过敏性休克的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1998-2009年国内医药学期刊报道应用双黄连注射剂所致过敏性休克案例,并进行统计、分析。结果双黄连注射剂所致过敏性休克发生在用药后1～30min内;与患者的性别、年龄无关。结论临床应重视双黄连注射剂的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of allergic shock from shuanghuanglian injection so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods Allergic shock to shuanghuanglian injection in 10 cases,reported in domestic medical journals from 1998～2009,were collected and analyzed.Resulits Allergic shock to shuanghuanglian injection occurred in 1-30min after intravenous drip of shuanghuanglian injection;and were independent of patient＇s sex and age.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ADRs of shuanghuanglian injection and rationally use the preparation.
