摘要 本文介绍了对新疆克拉玛依九区环烷-中间基稠油的高酸值润滑油馏分,采用加氢脱酸-糠醛精制-临氢降凝-加氢补充精制的加工流程调制冷冻机油的实验结果,证明润滑油临氢降凝工艺对加工这种油料很有实用价值.通过RDW-1降凝催化剂的4130 h(氢活化前4000 h)正常空速寿命试验和经过3次氢活化、1次氧化再生总共运转3240 h的催速寿命试验,说明该催化剂可使用1年以上. Abstract This paper presents the study on the manufacture of refrigerator oil from the lube oil stock of the naphthene-intermediate base heavy crude produced in Kelamayi oil field. The processing route adopted is hydrodeacidification-furfural refining-hydrodewaxing-hydrofinishing. The results have confirmed that the hydrodewaxing process is very suitable to such kind of lube stock. The RDW-1 hydrodewaxing catalyst has been life-tested for 4130 hrs under normal space velocity and accelerated-tested for 3240 hrs with 3 hydrogen reactivations and one air regeneration in between, indicating that the RDW-1 catalyst can be in operation for more than one year.
