Missing root canals,which is the procedure errors during root canal negotiation and an important factor affecting the prognosis of the treatment,would prevent a thorough clean-up and tight filling of root canal system and lead to root canal treatment failure. The purpose is to discuss the procedure errors which commonly happen during the root canal negotiation,and provide the clinician with current information and strategies for management in the practice.
