3种光学技术诊断氟斑牙效果比较研究 被引量:2

Assessment of dental fluorosis teeth using three optical methods

摘要 目的研究定量激光荧光技术(DIAGNOdent)、定量光导荧光技术(QLF)和数字成像光纤透照技术(DIFOTI)诊断氟斑牙的效果。方法 2007年11月至2008年3月选择因各种原因拔除的临床诊断为氟斑牙的离体牙20颗,其中10颗为磨牙,10颗为前磨牙。每颗牙根据TF Index给予分级并记录。分别使用DIAGNOdent,QLF和DIFOTI3种光学技术分析评价离体氟斑牙,并对所得结果进行比较分析。结果 DIAGNOdent检测最大荧光值与TF-score具有相关性(r=0.485,P<0.05)。离体氟斑牙的QLF图像呈现出弥散的灰色阴影,DIFOTI图像呈现出弥漫集中的黑色阴影,且后者更加清晰。结论 3种光学技术均可用于诊断氟斑牙,其诊断效果:DIFOTI>QLF>DIAGNOdent,可作为鉴别龋病和氟斑牙的一种辅助手段。 Objective To assess the effect of three optical methods:(DIAGNOdent,QLF and DIFOTI)for detection of dental fluorosis. Methods From November 2007 to March 2008,20 permanent teeth extracted for various reasons that were diagnosed as fluorosis clinically were chosen. Each tooth was scored according to TF Index. The three methods were used to measure fluorosis teeth independently and the DIAGNOdent's reading,QLF and DIFOTI's images were obtained. We compared and analyzed these findings. Results The relationship between DIAGNOdent values and visual TF score of dental fluorosis had correlation. Dental fluorosis images of QLF were presented by diffuse gray shadow and images of DIFOTI were showed by diffuse and concentration dark shadow,which was more clearly than QLF's. Conclusion All of the three optical methods may be used for detection of dental fluorosis and assessment of dental fluorosis teeth. QLF and DIFOTI are better than DIAGNOdent. DIFOTI may has a priority to QLF. They may be used as supplementary methods for the identification of caries and dental fluorosis.
