摘要
目的探讨可摘式局部义齿咬合重建修复对脑血流的影响。方法选择2008年1月至2010年1月在山西医科大学口腔医院修复科就诊的需进行咬合重建修复的患者20例,在咬合重建前后分别应用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪探测患者大脑中动脉(MCA)的收缩期峰流速、舒张期末峰流速及平均峰流速,并进行比较分析。结果 20例患者进行咬合重建后,咀嚼前与咀嚼后MCA的收缩期峰流速、收缩期末峰流速及平均峰流速均比咬合重建前增加,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咬合重建修复可提高患者MCA的血流速度,增加相应脑区的供血量。
Objective To explore the influence of occlusa rehabilitation of removable partial denture on cerebral blood flow. Methods Select 20 patients from January 2008 to January 2010 in Stomatological Hospital of Shanxi Medical University who were in need of occlusal rehabilitation repair,and measure the blood flow in the brain before and after occlusal reconstruction useing a transcranial Doppler analyser. Changes in cerebral blood flow,including mean glow velocity,velocity of flow during systole and diastole,were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results In 20 patients of occlusal rehabilitation prosthodontics,the mean glow velocity,velocity of flow during systole and diastole were significantly higher after occlusal rehabilitation (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Occlusal rehabilitation can improve blood flow in patients with middle cerebral artery velocity.
