微波消解ICP-AES测定黑番茄中的17种微量元素

Determination of 17 Trace Elements in Black Tomato by ICP-AES with Microwave Digestion

采用微波消解法对样品进行处理,以电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定黑番茄中17种微量元素的含量。方法的回收率在93.0%—105.8%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.608%。实验证明,黑番茄含有丰富的对人体有益微量元素,是一种健康食品。

Digested with microwave,the contents of 17 trace elements in black tomato were determined by ICP-AES.The recovery is in the range of 93.0%—105.8%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.608%.The experiment proved that the black tomato,as a kind of healthy food,contained rich useful trace elements for human body.
