摘要
利用在盐酸介质中,溴酸根对罗丹明B的褪色作用,建立了一种测定面粉中痕量溴酸根的荧光光度法。该荧光物质的最大激发波长和发射波长分别为560nm、591nm。在试验最佳条件下,测定的线性回归方程为ΔF=3.6916C+110.38,r=0.9977(C:10-6mg/mL)。该方法检出限为2.9×10-7mg/mL,线性范围为4×10-7—2.8×10-5mg/mL。该法具有良好的灵敏度、费用低、操作简便快捷等优点,适于快速检测面粉等食品中的痕量溴酸根离子。
A new photometric method for the determination of microamounts of bromate in the flour was developed used the fluorescent quenching of Rhodamine B by bromate in HCl medium.The maximum excitation wavelength and the maximum emission wavelength were 560nm and 591nm,respectively.In the optimum conditions,the regressive equation was ΔF=3.6916C+110.38(C:10-6mg/mL),r=0.9977.The detection limit for benzoyl peroxide was 2.9×10-7mg/mL,and the linear range was 4×10-7—2.8×10-5mg/mL.The method has good sensitivity,low cost,fast and easy to operate,suitable for rapid detection of trace bromate ion in flour and other food.
