曲马多对异丙肾上腺素所致小鼠心肌缺血损伤的抑制作用 被引量:6

摘要 ①目的观察曲马多对异丙肾上腺素(Iso)致小鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法采用异丙肾上腺素制备小鼠心肌缺血损伤模型,观察曲马多对小鼠心肌缺血损伤后缺氧条件下存活时间、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)水平及心重指数的影响。结果与模型组相比,曲马多能够延长小鼠心肌缺血损伤后耐缺氧存活时间,降低血清中LDH、CK水平及心重指数。结论曲马多对异丙肾上腺素所致小鼠心肌缺血损伤具有抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of tramadol on impaired myocardial ischemia by isoproterenol(Iso) in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice,and the effects of Tramadol on the survival time,the activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine phosphskinase(CK) in serum and heart index in mice were measured. Results Compared with model group,the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close normobaric hypoxia was prolonged,the activities of LDH and CK in serum and heart index were decreased by Tramadol. Conclusion Tramadol has inhibitive effect on myocardial ischemia injury induced by isoproterenol in mice.
