呼吸操配合营养支持对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期康复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的探讨呼吸操配合营养支持对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期康复的影响。方法 96例COPD患者随机分为两组,观察组48例,在戒烟和药物治疗基础上进行呼吸操训练配合营养支持;对照组48例,只进行戒烟和药物治疗。于治疗前和治疗后6、12个月分别进行动脉血气分析、生活质量、6min步行距离评定,并对比训练前后的变化。结果两组患者在治疗前的一般资料无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组经训练后6、12个月动脉血气分析指标、生活质量、6min步行距离改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸操配合营养支持可改善COPD患者的低氧状况和生活质量。 Objective To observe the effect of breathing-exercise combined with nutritional support treatment on rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) of relaxion period. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into the(48 cases) and the control group(48 cases) . The patients in treatment group underwent breathing-exercise combined with nutritional support treatment on the base of stop smoking and drug treatment,while the patients in control group only received stop smoking and drug treatment. Blood gas analysis,walking distance within 6 min and quality of life were observed before training,6 and 12 months after treatment,and changes of these data were compared. Results There was no significant difference in these data between the two groups before training(P 0. 05) . Blood gas analysis,walking distance within 6 min and quality of life in treatment group were better than those in control group 6 and 12 month after training(P 0. 05) . Conclusion Breathingexercise combined with nutritional support treatment can obviously improve the hypoxia condition and quality of life in patients with COPD.
