摘要本文论述了企业从信息集成、过程集成到企业集成的发展趋势，给出了企业供应链管理的定义与需求，探讨了基于ＡＲＩＳ的供应链管理的建模方法和基于ＳＡＰ／Ｒ３的供应链管理优化、计划和执行的方法，并给出了供应链管理的实例。
