摘要
分析FIDIA控制系统采样插补特性,建立曲线加工的直线插补几何模型和NURBS插补几何模型,推导曲线、曲面加工的理论刀轨残留误差。结合公司高速设备特点与当前加工模式分析,NURBS插补对高速铣加工具有良好的适应性,提出进一步提高生产效率的可行方案。编写基于FIDIA控制系统的后处理程序,结合UG软件及其二次开发实现NURBS插补的生产应用。
This paper analyzed the sampling interpolation property of FIDIA system,built up the geometry model of line interpolation and NURBS interpolation,which reasoned out the academic cutting error on curve and surface machining.Analyzing on the property of machine and current cutting mode,NURBS interpolation adapt to HSM,which also make out a feasible plan of improving productivity.According to FIDIA system,the postposition routines were developed and united to UG interface after the Open-API work,which realized the manufacture application of NURBS interpolation.
