摘要
检具是实现产品检测的重要手段,检具的公差分配对产品的判定和检具成本有着至关重要的影响。介绍了目前国际上两种不同的公差标注体系,并结合实例说明了两种体系下检具的原理、设计和公差分配原则,以及对工件判定的影响。
Gauge is an important way to take inspection.The tolerance distribution of gauge is a key affecter for product determination and inspection cost.This article describes current international system of two different tolerance marking illustrated with examples of principle and design of inspection,principle of tolerance distribution and affection of determination under two systems.
