摘要 从电火花安全、环保加工角度出发,详细分析了加工一些特殊材料、加工深型型腔工件以及电极和工件在安装过程中出现的一些常见问题。提出了相应的安全加工措施和蕴造绿色加工环境的对策,对进一步完善电火花加工质量,确保安全稳定加工具有一定的现实意义。 This paper analyzes the processing of special materials,process of deep cavity work type and some typical problems that electrode and workpiece arise in installation process according to the perspective of electrical discharge machining and safety and environmental protection.Having put forward specific safe processing measure and make the countermeasure of green processing environment,further improves the quality of the EDM,ensures the safety and environmental protection process,which has some practical significance.
