摘要
加工表面振纹问题是数控机床故障中的难题,通过对工件加工表面截面形状的分析,利用反推原理和逆向分析法,对问题进行了剖析,找出了问题的根源,并提出了解决该故障的可行办法。
The surface chatter problem of CNC machine tool is very complicated.Through section shape analysis of the machining surface,the problem is analyzed by using of back-stepping theory and reverse analysis,the source of the problem and proposed possible ways to resolve the fault are indentified.
