Development of Real-time Monitoring and Management System for Analytical Data Quality Control in Groundwater Pollution Survey

全国地下水污染调查评价工作已全面启动,地下水污染调查评价样品分析质量控制是关键。文章通过对样品分析质量控制需求的分析,开发运行于互联网的地下水污染调查样品测试质量远程实时监控管理系统软件,针对地下水污染测试技术研究中样品测试的质量进行实时评价、实时监控和实时统计,了解实验室的分析测试能力,及时发现和纠正测试工作中存在的问题,从而保障地下水污染调查评价工作的顺利实施。

Nationwide survey and assessment of groundwater pollution are carrying out.Quality control for water sample analysis is essential to this work.In this paper,the new software system for remote and real-time monitoring and management for analytical data quality control in groundwater pollution survey is presented.The modes and standards for data transmission on internet among the Labs,data assessment,data statistic analysis and data management were established.The system has been applied to identify and resolve the problems in water sample analysis and to evaluate the on capability of labs.
