摘要
模拟厨房湿热条件,对塑木复合板进行材色和抗弯性能分析研究。结果表明:尿不湿纤维/PE塑木复合板和稻糠/HDPE塑木复合板分别在100℃、120℃以上时出现鼓泡和塑料胶层凝结现象;塑木复合板的抗弯性能都随湿热温度的升高而呈下降趋势。
The study and analysis of the effect on the color and bending resistance of plastic/wood composite are made by simulating the hot and humid environment in the kitchen.The result shows that diaper fiber/PE plastic-wood composites and rice hull/HDPE plastic-wood composites blister, with plastic adhesive layer agglomerating at the temperatures 100℃ and 120℃ respectively and that the bending resistance of plastic/wood composites shows a downward tendency with the increase in temperature in the hot and humid environment.
