Rational Guidance of Design Innovation to Unhealthy Industry Chain

本文尝试将设计创新通过"嫁接"模式参与到"黑心棉"产业链中,制定长期干预引导规划,通过对不良产业链各环节的调整,并与加工制造企业合作,以高附加值的环保创新产品,带动产业链中新"链条"的运转,提高废弃絮用纤维收购价格,转移原料流向,使产业链走向良性循环。

This paper tries to make design innovation to be involved in the 'shoddy cotton' industrial chains in the way of 'grafting'. A long-term mechanism of intervention and guidance should be developed to raise the price of buying the abandoned cotton-used ber by adjusting various links in unhealthy industrial chains and conducting cooperation with manufacturing enterprises and taking high value-added ecofriendly products to drive the run of new 'chains' in the industrial links. In this way the ow direction of raw materials should be turned and the industry chain should get into a virtuous cycle.
