摘要
2006年新的《农村五保供养工作条例》颁布实施之后,五保老人的物质生活需求得到较大满足,他们基于物质需求的满足但又高于物质需求的精神需求的满足现状引起关注。文章基于对四川省成都市某镇11位五保老人的访谈,分析了他们的精神需求及满足状况,有针对性地提出了自己的建议和对策。
In 2006 the new ＂five-guarantees in rural areas work regulations＂ were promulgated,from then on the material needs of life of the elder of five guarantees are more satisfied.Their spiritual needs which are based on the material needs,but higher than material needs cause more attention.Based on 11 interviews of the elder of five guarantees,this article analyzes their spiritual needs and the conditions of satisfaction,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures in a targeted manner.
