Analysis on the Key Factors of Coordination Management Performance of Construction Project

以建设项目协调管理绩效为研究对象,运用解析结构模型(ISM)与层次分析法(AHP)分析建设项目协调管理绩效的影响因素之间的关系,建立建设项目协调管理绩效多层递阶解析结构模型,找出建设项目协调管理绩效的直接影响因素、中间影响因素和根本影响因素,并判断它们对最上层总目标的影响程度,为建设项目协调管理绩效评价体系的研究与应用提供科学的依据。

The paper is based on the management performance in construction project as the research object.It uses ISM and AHP to analyze the relation between influencing factors,which is about the management performance in construction project. Thus,it establishes multi-layer hierarchical analytical structure model on coordinating management performance.Moreover,it finds the direct influence factors,the indirect influence factors and the fundamental one to some extent to judge their influence for the total goal.Finally,it provides some scientific basis to research and apply the coordinating management performance evaluation system in construction project.
