基于业主角度的工程质量控制博弈分析

Game Theory Analysis of Quality Control Based on the Owners of the Project Perspective

在工程建设过程中,由于业主、监理和承包商的目标取向不同,承包商对利益的过分追求可能会采取偷工减料的行为,而监理也有可能存在与承包商串通合谋的行为,这将严重影响工程质量,损害业主的利益。结合博弈论思想,建立了业主、监理和承包商的三方博弈模型。通过对模型的推导和分析,对业主采取适宜的策略来使承包商和监理更好地完成工程建设、保证工程质量提出了合理的建议。

During the construction process,as the owners,supervision and orientation of the different objectives of the contractor, the contractor for the pursuit of interests that might be taken too much of jerry-building behavior,and supervision may also exist with the contractor collusion collusive behavior,it will seriously affect the project quality,damage the interests of property owners.In this paper,the game theory of thought,the establishment of the owners,supervision and contractors tripartite game model,the model through the derivation and analysis of how the owners to adopt a strategy to make the contractor and supervision to complete projects to better ensure the quality of the project proposed.
