摘要
采用白酒低温多功能综合处理机组对西凤酒勾兑后期进行处理,处理后的酒体醇香秀雅、甘润挺爽、诸味谐调、尾净悠长、风格典型性更加突出,酒体清亮透明,具有一定的抗低温返浊、抗水解、催陈等效果。
Liquor low-temperature multiple-functional comprehensive treatment unit was applied in late blending stage of Xifeng liquor.After the treatment,liquor body was clear and transparent and it had long aftertaste,elegant aroma,harmonious taste,and stronger typicality.In addition,The unit had the effects including low-temperature resistance,hydrolytic resistance,and aging etc.on liquor body.
