摘要
运用统计分析法,以山西省1949—2005年统计资料为依据,分析耕地面积的时间变化,揭示了山西省耕地资源的变化特征——耕地数量"三起三落",基本态势持续走低;并通过与全国以及河南、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西等中部五省的横向比较,指出了山西省与中部六省之间人均耕地方面的差距以及耕地资源和粮食安全所面临的严峻形势,并在此基础上从九个方面提出了确保山西耕地安全的对策与建议。
This article bases on Shanxi Province’s statistical data from 1949-2005,and reveals the variation characteristics of cultivated land resource in Shanxi Province since the founding.And the variation characteristics is farming quantity ＂the many ups and downs＂,the basic situation continues to decline;and through with the nation as well as Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Anhui,Jiangxi middle five provinces crosswise compared,and pointed out the gap of the cultivated land percapita between the six provinces of central and Shanxi,and the grim situation that the cultivated land resource and the food security must be faced.Then on the above basis,the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from nine aspects to ensure the Shanxi farming security.
