成品酒的包装质量影响企业产品的货架期质量和企业品牌的声誉,影响到企业的经济和社会效益。论述了从包装工艺的洗瓶机的瓶口刷、异型瓶洗刷、验酒灯等几方面进行改进后对提高包装质量的作用,改进后的设备及其设备性能可大大提高企业白酒的包装质量。

The packaging quality of product liquor will directly influence product shelf period and brand reputation of enterprise,which will further influence the economic profits and social benefits of enterprise.In this paper,the improvement of packaging quality by improving packaging techniques covering bottleneck brush of bottle washing machine,irregular-shaped bottle washing,and liquor-examining lamp etc.were elaborat-ed.The improved apparatus had better performance which could greatly improve liquor packaging quality.
