摘要
为了探讨金丝桃素可溶性粉抗犊牛病毒性腹泻-黏膜病病毒(BVD-MDV)的作用机制,试验过程中采用先给药后接毒、先接毒后给药和同时给药接毒3种不同的途径,分别在72、96、120h观察病毒致牛肾原代细胞(MDBK)的病变(CPE)情况。结果表明,病毒的TCID50为10-6/0.1mL,金丝桃素可溶性粉的TC0为2.5g/L;药物质量浓度在0.3~2.5g/L范围内同时给药和接毒组细胞生长良好,细胞单层完整,视野中未见大量圆细胞或死细胞,而其余2种给药途径细胞病变明显。结果提示,金丝桃素可溶性粉对BVD-MDV有显著的直接杀灭作用。
This experiment was designed to investigate anti-virus mechanism of hypericin soluble powder against bovine viral diarrhea mucosal disease virus(BVD-MDV).Cytopathic effect(CPE)of Madin-Darby Bovine Kidney(MD- BK)induced by BVD-MDV was observed at 72hand 96hby three administration routes of virus after drug,virus before drug,virus and drug meanwhile.Experimental data indicated that BVD-MDV TCID50 was 10-6/0.1mL,and drug TC0 was 2.5g/L;Compared with the control group,cells of virus and drug meanwhile was in good condition, integrity cell monolayer and had small amount of round cells and dead cells,while the other routes of administration had marked CPE when the drug concentration ranged from 0.3g/L to 2.5g/L.The results suggested that the proliferation of BVD-MDV was effectively inhibited by hypericin soluble powder when drug and BVD-MDV were added at the same time.
