大豆异黄酮类植物雌激素对奶牛内分泌水平的影响

Effects of soybean isoflavone on incretion parameters of dairy cow

采用单因素随机分组试验设计,将15头泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛随机分为3组,每组5头,进行为期60d的饲养试验。每组奶牛分别饲喂不同日粮:Ⅰ组(基础日粮)、Ⅱ组(基础日粮+200mg大豆黄酮/d)、Ⅲ组(基础日粮+200mg染料木素/d),试验期60d内每隔15d晨饲前空腹颈部采集血样,进行血液内分泌指标分析。结果表明,大豆黄酮和染料木素对泌乳中期奶牛血清胰岛素(INS)、甲状腺激素T3、T4含量虽有一定的增高趋势,但均没有达到显著水平(P>0.05)。血清中生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)各组间均存在显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:大豆黄酮和染料木素具有提高奶牛GH、PRL和E2水平的作用,但对INS、T3、T4无影响。

Fifteen Holstein cows in milk mataphase were used in a completely randomized design to determine the effects of Daidzein and Genistein on incretion parameters.The cows were randomly divided into three groups,which included 200 mg Daidzein/d group,200 mg Genistein/d group and control in 60 ds.Results showed that INS,T3,T4 were not significantly different among groups（P〉0.05）,but GH,PRL and E2 in Daidzein and Genistein groups were significantly improved compared to control（P〈0.05）.
