摘要
以马齿苋为原料,对微波功率、提取时间、温度、固液比等影响微波辅助提取马齿苋多糖工艺条件的因素进行了研究。结果表明,微波辅助提取马齿苋多糖的适宜工艺条件为:微波功率400W、提取时间4.5min、温度70℃、固液比1∶10,此条件下马齿苋多糖的得率为10.8%。
The methodological condition of extraction polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L. under microwave was studied. The influent factors including power of microwave, extracting time, temperature and ratio of solid to liquid were studied. By microwave assisted extraction, the optimum condition of extracting were microwave power 400 W, ratio of solid to liquid 1:10 , 70℃ for 4 min. The extract ratio was 10.8%.
