摘要 以南药五味子提取液对·OH清除率为指标,对五味子提取进行单因素试验,并应用响应面分析法优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,五味子提取液提取的优化工艺条件为:温度75℃,料液比1∶12(g/mL),水提5h。提取液浓度为0.06mg/mL时,五味子提取液对·OH的清除率达75.53%,与预测值75.56%接近(PI>95%)。 Optimization of extracting technic from Kadsura longipedunculata by response surface methodology was investigated. The·OH experiment on Kadsura longipedunculata extract was did,the optimum technology conditions have been obtained by RSM as follows: temperature was 75℃,the ratio solid to liquid was 1∶12 (g/mL), time of extracting was 5 h by water, the scavenging activity of ·OH on Kadsura longipedunculata was 76.53% when density of extract was 0.06 mg/mL, which was almost equal to the predictable value 76.56% (PI95%).
