摘要
大多数抗生素均是由链霉菌产生的,但随着抗生素的高剂量大面积使用,抗生素的使用寿命也随之缩短,从而使得快速选育高产量、产新抗生素的链霉菌显得尤其重要。随着基因工程技术和分子生物学手段的不断发展以及对微生物次生代谢机制的进一步了解,链霉菌的选育已由原来随机诱变筛选进入到分子育种。综述了链霉菌在提高抗生素产量和产生新抗生素方面的分子育种进展。
Streptomyces produced most known antibiotics. Antibiotics’ service life was getting shorter and shorter because of being used widely in a high dosage, so it became especial important that breeding quickly streptomyces strains which produced high-output or novel antibiotics. With the development of gene engineering and molecular biology, and an in-depth understanding on mechanism of microbial secondary metabolism, breeding of streptomyces had diverted to molecular breeding from traditonally stochastic inducing mutation. This review summarized the progress of molecular breeding of streptomyces in improving antibiotics’ output and producing novel antibiotics.
