摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,分析讨论了影响铅标准曲线相关系数不确定度的因素。结果表明,影响测定铅标准曲线相关系数不确定度的因素主要有标准溶液配制和石墨炉(自动进样器)引入的不确定度,其中体积引入的不确定度是最主要的因素,并得出了铅标准曲线相关系数的扩展不确定度为r=0.9992+0.0107(kp=2.03,置信区间为95%)。
The influenced factors brought from the uncertainty of correlation coefficient of Pb standard curve were analyzed by GFAAS. The result showed that the important influenced factors were the preparation of standard liquor and graphite furnace itself, and the volume was the most. The expanded uncertainty of measurement result of the correlation coefficient of Pb standard curve was acquired as r=0.9992+0.0107(coverage factor was 2.03, level of confidence was 95%).
