摘要
统筹城乡经济社会发展,夯实农业农村发展基础离不开家族式饲料兽药企业的永续发展。分析了家族式饲料兽药企业嬗变阶段和三环治理模式,讨论了引入完善职业经理体制的理论、实践发展要求及其实现,提出了建立用人制度、企业文化、职业经理人市场等对策。
Making overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development and tamping the foundation of agricultural and rural development both had strong connection to sustainable development of family feed and veterinary drugs enterprise.This paper analysed the tri-annular model and transmuting stage of family feed and veterinary drugs enterprise,then introduced the theoretical and practical developing request of perfecting professional manager system,and this article last put forward some countermeasures,such as setting up personnel system,building enterprise culture and establishing the market of professional managers,etc.
