摘要
文章比较了已经测得的沙葱常规营养物质、氨基酸、微量元素的含量,总结了已经完成并鉴定分析的沙葱挥发油、黄酮、多糖的构成,概述了沙葱的饲用价值和沙葱生物活性物质对机体抗氧化及免疫功能影响的研究成果,为沙葱的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。
This paper compared the contents of allium mongolicum regel＇s routine nutritive material, amino acids and microelements, and summarized the chemical ingredients of volatile oil, flavones, and polysaccharides of allium mongolicum regel that had identifided and analyzed. Also summarized the feeding value of the allium mongolicum regel, and the effect of bioactive substance of allium mongolicum regel＇s on immunity and antioxidant function in vivo, and desire to provide the further directions of research and application of allium mongolicum regel.
