Re-recognizing the Values of Collectivism under Socialist Market-Oriented Economy

在社会主义市场经济条件下,在处理个人与社会、个体与整体的价值关系问题上,仍然必须坚持集体主义的价值观。但是,这种集体主义价值观与传统意义上的集体主义价值观是相区别的。在新形势下,我们不但要对集体主义价值观的内涵做出新的阐释,而且要遵循集体主义价值观的建构原则。

Under socialist market-oriented economy,values of collectivism must still be upheld in dealing with the relation between personal value and social value,between individual value and collective value.Nevertheless,the values of collectivism of today are quite different from the traditional ones.Under the new situation,we should not only re-define the values of collectivism,but also follow the laws of building the values of collectivism.
