台湾中小企业的社会功能及启示

On the Social Function of Taiwan's Small-and-Middle-Sized Enterprises and Their Enlightenment

台湾中小企业在人数、布局、人员构成、资金来源上的特点,决定了它们在台湾社会中起到了维护稳定、扩大中产阶级比例、促进社会和谐发展、提高社会资金利用比例的重要作用。台湾中小企业的发展对中国大陆发展中小企业有重要的启示意义:应该重视中小企业发展,充分利用儒家文化的凝聚力,发展农工兼业,并克服人口老龄化带来的弊端。

Owing to the features of Taiwan＇ s small-and-middle-sized enterprises in terms of employees number, industrial distribution, employees structure and capital resources, they have played important role in maintaining social stability, enlarging the proportion of middle class, promoting social harmonious development as well as increasing the utilizing proportion of social capital. The development of small-and middle-sized enterprises of Taiwan has given the following important enlightenment to Chinese government： first, it should attach great importance to the development of its small-and-middle-sized enterprises; second, it should give full play to the role of Confusion culture; third, it should encourage employment interflow between workers and farmers; moreover, it has to solve the problem of population aging.
