广西沿边地区应对中国——东盟自由贸易区正式启动的对策思考

On the Countermeasures of Guangxi's Border Areas to Meet the Start of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone

中国—东盟自由贸易区的正式启动,给广西沿边地区带来了难得的发展机遇,同时也带来诸多挑战。广西沿边地区应充分利用自身优势,切实转变政府职能,在加强人力资源建设、基础设施建设和城镇建设的同时,采取多种方式积极参与和扩大同东盟国家的经贸合作,为加快广西经济发展做出应有的贡献。

The start of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone will bring favorable development opportunity as well as challenges to the border areas of Guangxi. The governments of these areas should take the following countermeasure to promote their regional economic development and also make contribution to the economic development of Guangxi： first, to make full use of their local advantages ; second, to change their government functions; third, to strengthen the building of human resources and basic facilities; fourth, to participate in the economic and trade cooperation with countries of ASEAN in all possible ways.
