石英/氮化物复合材料防潮涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON FABRICATION AND PROPERTIES OF MOISTURE-PROOF COATINGS OF SiO_(2f)/NITRIDE COMPOSITES

摘要 石英/氮化物复合材料具有优异的综合性能,可用作高马赫数导弹天线罩材料。采用先驱体浸渍裂解法制备的该复合材料存在易吸潮的缺点,吸潮后会影响其透波性能。研究制备了复合材料的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂层。测试发现,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂层具有优良的防潮性能,在40℃、90%高温高湿条件下放置70d的增重率为0.934%。PVDF涂层对复合材料的透波性能影响较小,涂覆厚度约300μm的涂层前后介电常数及介电损耗分别为3.48、0.0051和3.62、0.0053。 With excellent general performances,SiO2 fiber reinforced nitride composites could be used as high mach number missile radome materials.The composites fabricated by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP) technique exist the phenomenon of moisture-absorption,which will influence the wave-transmission properties.This paper investigated the fabrication of moisture-proof coatings(PVDF coating).The test results show that the PVDF coatings have excellent moisture-proof ability.The mass growth rate of the composites reached 0.934% exposed to the environment of 40℃ and 90% relative humidity for 70 days.The coating causes little influence on wave-transmission properties of the composites.The dielectric constant and loss tangent of composites with coatings were 3.62 and 0.0053 respectively while 3.48 and 0.0051 without coatings,only small changes of dielectric properties were found.
