摘要 VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子)是新近发现于毛囊的生长因子。我们应用新近建立的C57BL/6J小鼠触须毛囊体外培养模型,对VEGF促毛囊生长的生物学特性进行研究。结果发现VEGF有明显促毛发生长作用。在培养的第2天,VEGF组毛发生长长度就明显优于阴性对照组。VEGF促毛囊生长作用随其浓度增高而增强,当浓度为10ng/ml时促生长作用达高峰。VEGF和HGF(肝细胞生长因子)联合培养对小鼠触须毛囊体外培养的结果显示VEGF与HGF促毛囊生长有协同作用,但VEGF促毛发生长的作用在培养的前3天较明显,而HGF促毛发生长作用在培养6天以后明显优于VEGF。 VEGF was newly found in the hair follicle papilla Using hair follicle culture model of mouse vibrissa we investigated the biologic effects of VEGF on hair growth in vitro The results showed that the hair growth in VEGF group was significantly longer than that in control group( P < 0 05) This growth stimulating of VEGF growth was the concentration dependent 10ng/mL VEGF showed a maximum stimulating effect on hair growth The culture of combination of VEGF and HGF indicated that these two growth factors had cooperative effect on hair growth
