摘要
从商丘市不同环境的土壤中分离筛选到几株产脂肪酶的霉菌菌株,作者对其中的一株根霉(Rhizopus delemar)进行了液体发酵的研究,使用发酵产酶培养基组成(%):豆粉6.0,蛋白胨4.0,蔗糖1.0,K2HSO40.2,MgSO4.7H2O0.1,pH6.5.产酶最适温度28℃,接种量为1 ml,培养周期48 h,转速200 r/min.
Several Fungal strain producing lipase were screened from soil of different environment in Shangqiu.One strain X6 with higher lipase activity was studied.The optimized fermentation medium consist of(%): bea6,peptone4,glucose1,MgSO4·7H2O 0.1,K2HPO4 0.2.The optimal condition for lipase production were the initial pH value of 6.5,the culture temperature of 28 ℃,and the stirring rate of 200r/min.
