康惠尔水胶体透明贴预防奥沙利铂相关外周神经毒性及静脉炎的临床观察

Clinic observation of Kanghuier Transparent Dressing on Preventing Oxaliplatin-induced Peripheral Neurotoxicity and Phlebitis

目的观察康惠尔水胶体透明贴预防奥沙利铂相关外周神经毒性及静脉炎。方法 60例消化道恶性肿瘤需含奥沙利铂方案化疗患者随机分干预组30例和对照组30例,干预组沿化疗药物输液侧静脉走向外敷水胶膜,对照组不予外敷,2周期化疗后评价外周神经毒性及静脉炎情况。结果在外周神经毒性上,干预组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);在静脉炎发生率上,干预组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔水胶体透明贴能有效防治奥沙利铂相关外周神经毒性,减轻化学性静脉炎发生。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Kanghuier Transparent Dressing on preventing oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity and phlebitis.METHODS Sixty patients with gastric cancer were divided into prevention group and comparison group.Patients in prevention group used Kanghuier Transparent Dressing for external application on transfusion hand,while patients in comparison group didn＇t.After two cycles of chemotherapy with oxaliplatin,peripheral neurotoxicity and phlebitis were evaluated.RESULTS Compared with comparison group,the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity and the incidence of phlebitis in prevention group were lower and statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Kanghuier Transparent Dressing can prevent oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity and phlebitis effectively.
