盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒的应用

Application of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride combined Atropine in the Treatment of Acute organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法 102例急性有机磷农药中毒的患者随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚+阿托品组和阿托品治疗组,两组同时给予氯解磷定治疗。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚+阿托品组与阿托品治疗组比较,在中毒症状消失时间、阿托品化时间、恢复时间、血胆碱脂酶恢复时间、平均住院天数上均有显著性差异。盐酸戊乙奎醚+阿托品组不良反应较阿托品治疗组明显减少。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品救治急性有机磷农药中毒副作用少、疗效高、安全可靠。

OBJECTIVE To observe the Application of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.METHODS 102 cases with oral AOPP were randomly divided into group Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Combined Atropine and group Atropine treatment.Group Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Combined Atropine was treated with Pralidoxine chloride.Group Atropine treatment was treated WithPralidoxime chloride too.RESULTS Compared group penehyclidine hydrochloride combined Atropine with group Atropine treatment,there were signincant differences in disappearance time of poisoning symptoms,atropininzation time,recovery time of cholinesterase and average hospitalization duration.compared to group Atropine treatment,there were lower incidence of side reactions in group penehyclidine hydrochloride Combined Atropine.CONCLUSION Penehyclidine hydroehloride Combined atropine in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were effect quickly,the amount of small,less side effects,high efficacy,safe and reliable.
