新建本科院校占我国本科高校的1/3,调查显示:新建本科院校学生对图书馆数据库的利用率远远不如综合性大学,存在对数据库知识不够全面了解、利用率过低等众多问题。新建本科院校图书馆应以学生为本,大力加强图书馆数据库知识培训、提高图书馆服务质量等,为新建本科院校的快速发展做出贡献。

The newly established colleges occupies one third of our undergraduate universities,according to the results of our investigation： the student’ s operating factorforthe database in the newly established colleges are lower than the old univer-sities,existing many questions,such as incomprehension,low-operating factoretc.The newly established colleges should put students foremost,reinforce cultivation and increase quality of service,pitch in more contribution for the development of the newly established colleges.
