成人多囊肝病28例诊治探讨

To probe into the diagnosis and treatment of adult polycystic liver disease.

目的研究探讨多囊肝病（ＡＰＬＤ）的临床特征和有效的治疗方法。方法２８例ＡＰＬＤ经开窗术，肝叶、段切除术，部分病例联合肾囊肿开窗术等外科治疗。结果经术前检查及手术证实２８例ＡＰＬＤ合并多囊肾病（ＰＫＤ）２４例，４例合并胰腺囊肿，合并脾脏和卵巢囊肿各２例。妇女均有生育史，最多达８次。结论ＡＰＬＤ以弥漫性肝囊肿致肝脏损害为特点，经内科治疗无显效。外科手术治疗获得一定效果。

Objective The clinical specific symptom and effective therapeutic method of adult polycystic liver disease(APLD)were studied.Methods All including:fenestration of hepatic cysts and hepatic resections were operated on all patients.In some cases,the operation combined with fenestration of the kidney cysts.Results In the group,24 cases associated with polycystic kidney diesease(PKD),4 cases were with pancreatic cysts.4 cases were with spleen or ovarian cysts.The women with APLD had the histroy of generation.One of them had been pregnanty for eight times. Conclusion APLD is characterized by multiple diffuse cystical lesions of the liver.Medical therapy is not effetive .The surgical treatment achieves good result.
