摘要
目的钒具有胰岛素样作用,合成具有大共轭环状结构四-β-(邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基)酞菁钒配合物,测试其光谱性质。方法以邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基邻苯二甲腈为原料,采用固相缩合法合成得到标的物四-β-(邻苯二甲酰亚胺甲基)酞菁钒配合物(简称VOPcP4),并通过红外吸收光谱、紫外-可见电子吸收光谱和元素分析进行表征。测试标的物在不同溶剂和不同浓度中的紫外-可见电子吸收光谱。结果标的物VOPcP4的Q带电子吸收光谱λmax值在供电子能力DMF、DMSO等极性溶剂中比在无供电子能力弱极性甲苯溶剂中略向蓝移。结论标的物酞菁钒配合物的Q带λmax值基本上随溶剂偶极矩增大而略向蓝移,在DMF溶液中浓度在0.2~1.8×10-5mol.L-1范围内基本没有聚集。
OBJECTIVE Vanadium has the effect of insulin-like.Tetra-β-phthalimidomethyl vanadyl phthalocyanine was synthesized and its spectral properties were studied.METHODS Tetra-β-phthalimidomethyl vanadyl phthalocyanine was synthesized from 4-(phthalimide methyl)phthalonitrile by solid-phase condensation method.The product was characterized with IR,UV-vis and elemental analyse.UV-visible electronic absorption spectra of vanadyl phthalocyanine in different solvents and concentrations were determined.RESULTS Absorption spectra of the monomer in Q band was blue shifted for most solvents such as DMF,DMSO.CONCLUSION The maximum absorption wavelength of tetra-β-phthalimidomethyl vanadyl phthalocyanine was slightly blue shifted with the increasing of dipole moment.No aggregation was found in DMF in the concentration of 0.2~1.8×10-5mol·L-1.
