近年来,随着高校图书馆事业的迅速发展和大学生自身发展的需要,越来越多的大学生参与到图书馆管理工作中来,这也是密切高校图书馆与大学生读者之间联系的重要途径之一,同时也为高校图书馆更好的开展为读者服务工作打下基础。以南京师范大学图书馆为例,总结并探讨了大学生参与图书馆管理工作的意义和作用。

Owing to the rapid development of university libraries and the self-development of college students,an increasing numberof college students have taken part in the operation of libraries,which is also one of the vital ways to keep the university libraries in close touch with the readers.In addition,this phenomenon enables the libraries to enhance theirreader-oriented services.In this essay,the libraries of Nanjing Normal University are taken as an example to discuss and summarize the significance of the work-study program in library.
