摘要
通过从读者反馈信息中找问题,用创新思维视角看原因,提出了服务创新的新举措。对探寻影响高职院校图书馆服务创新的问题,提出了一些新举措,对阅读引导式的服务管理方式进行初步探讨。
This paper has found problems through questionnaires,analyzed the causes from an innovative view,and proposed new solutions to service innovation.Taking the analysis of problems that affect service innovation into account,countermeasures have been put forward.The paperalso analyzes roughly ways of reading-guide service management.
