论图书馆开架外借服务的主动性

现代图书馆的开架服务给读者带来的便利有目共睹,但同时有些问题也摆在我们面前,就是我们图书馆的工作人员在对读者提供服务的过程中缺乏主动性的问题。从体制等方面分析了产生这种状况的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。

It is well-known that it is convenience forthe Modern Library＇s open-shelf service to readers,but some problems are before us,the problem is that ourlibrary staff to serve readers in lack of initiative.In the paper,the authoranalyzes the institutional and otherreasons forthis situation arise,and give out the appropriate solution.
