基于人才培养模式的高职图书馆服务现状研究

Status of University Library Services Based on Vocational Training Mode

通过文献调研与实际调查相结合的方式,研究高职图书馆在新的人才培养模式之下的服务现状。认为对人才培养模式认知的缺乏、未建立起服务于人才培养模式的文献资源采访制度、服务活动范围偏窄是高职图书馆存在的主要问题,提出可从建设学习型组织、针对读者的需求来构建文献资源体系、开展阅读促进活动等途径来提高高职图书馆的服务能力。

Through literature survey with the actual combination of research libraries in the new Vocational Training Mode services underthe status quo.Think that the lack of personnel training pattern recognition,not to establish services in the Litera-ture Resources Training Mode interview system,narrow the scope of service activities are the main problems vocational library,made from the construction of a learning organization,forreaders needs to build a system of document resources to carry out reading promotion activities such as ways to improve library services vocational ability.
