摘要
热轧卷取机卷筒扇形板在工作过程中因承受急冷急热等作用而产生较高的热应力,由于构件结构复杂且体积较大,很难通过理论计算对其温度场分布进行全面分析。文章利用有限元软件模拟扇形板的工作环境,对其进行温度场分析,所得结果与现场实测数据吻合良好;并通过有限元模拟,提出了可使扇形板温度场分布更为均匀的冷却工艺优化方案。
Withstands rapid thermal quench and other forces during the working course,high thermal stresses are generated in the reel segment of the hot rolling coiler.Because of the complicated structure and huge volume,it is hard to make overall analysis for the temperature field by theoretical calculation.On the basis of a finite element software,the working condition of reel was simulated and the temperature field was studied.The results well coincide with the measuring data.An optimization scheme of cooling process is proposed in the thesis,which can make the temperature distribution more uniform.
